Chrystabel Brittany

Chrystabel Brittany is a Ghanaian abstract figurative painter whose largely self-taught practice began in 2024, building on a background in visual arts and fashion design at Bluecrest College of Creative Arts. Her training in fashion continues to shape her approach to colour, composition, texture, and storytelling, all of which find their way naturally into her painting. Working across acrylic, oil, markers, pastels, and beads, she builds richly textured surfaces that explore themes of identity, culture, faith, and human behaviour. Her work invites open interpretation, creating space for conversation and personal reflection rather than offering fixed meaning.
