About the event
Lauren Halsey’s first UK solo exhibition merges past, present, and future, drawing on the iconography of the African diaspora and South Central LA. With scaled-up figurines, a prismatic floor of CDs, and her first moving image work, Halsey creates a vibrant, layered environment that reflects the energy and resistance of her community.
